How do we contact House Of Noelle directly?

Easy! Contact us by call, text, or email us!. We handle all orders and even on hand orders locally. 

Do you provide International delivery?

We are currently not offering international shipping

 

What is your ordering process?

Order Processing: Orders are processed and packaged 1-2 days after order is placed, to ensure of processed payments. If payment hasn't process additional time (2-4 days) may be needed.

What is your returns policy?

 

**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS**

Exchanges are granted only within 2 day time frame of notifying us!

After 2 days are sales are final.
Please note you are only able to exchange an item for the same item you originally purchased.

House Of Noelle thoroughly inspects all items before shipping to customer to ensure of no damaged items.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS:​ Items must be unwashed/unworn, items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, and NO ITEM that broken, torn, stained or ripped will be accepted for an exchange. 

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send an order back to our store location. and shipping fees are non refundable. 

How do I track my order?

 

Tracking information is updated immediately after order is shipped. A email will be sent out to customer within a 24 hour timeframe, which will include all tracking info.

 

What are your delivery options?

we offer 3 delivery options

1. Standard shipping 3-5 business day

2. Delivery (local) available Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm-6pm Saturdays 1pm-4pm (times/days subject to change)

3. Pickups available with in 24 hours of complete payment
